St Patrick's Primary School is a multi stage master planned redevelopment of an existing Primary School. Principle provided project management services to deliver Stage 3 of the master plan, which included:
Demolition of existing copper log cabins.
Two new classroom pods (Blocks S & T), each pod contains three GPLAs, staff resource areas, outdoor activity and learning areas, and associated amenities.
Extension of the school’s existing library to provide common toilet facilities.
Extension and modification of the school’s existing hall to accommodate OOSH and provide connection between the hall space and new COLA.
Refurbishment of the school’s existing canteen.
New COLA
Covered linkways.
Associated external landscaping, civil works and services connections.
