Since 2015, Principle has been successfully delivering projects for clients across the Newcastle, Hunter and NSW North Coast regions.  To date, we have delivered 150+ projects for clients across the public and private sectors, and we continue to grow year-on-year.  Our projects typically range from $1M - $100M and cover primarily the education, research, community and justice sectors.

Principle has offices in Newcastle and the mid-north coast and cover the region between North Sydney and Tweed Heads, NSW.

Our senior project managers are all highly qualified in all levels of commercial construction, typically having worked for various major commercial building companies prior to joining our team.

Our systems are accredited in accordance with NSW Government WHS Management System Auditing Guidelines and SCM 1191 Prequalification Scheme for Consultants in Construction (Certified Consultant). Principle is wholly Australian owned and meets the SME and regional supplier exemption category under NSW Small and Medium Enterprise and Regional Procurement Policy.
