Key Features
The Maitland Administration Centre project involved the construction of a new staff administration building, repurposing, and integration of the existing heritage Town Hall and Café into a large civic building campus. The project involved various site improvements including car parking, site services upgrades and improvements to public domain finishes and landscaping.
The new building accommodates 279 staff workstations, offices, meeting rooms and staff amenities. The project was awarded the Australian Institute of Architects Commercial Architecture Award 2023 and was the AIAC Newcastle Medal recipient.
