Key Features
The Kingsley Hotel is the first 5-Star Hotel development in Newcastle. The project consisted of the refurbishment and repurposing of the old “Roundhouse” building previously owned and occupied by City of Newcastle. Principle assisted the Crystalbrook Collection in the delivery of the works, which included alterations and additions to the existing building to accommodate 130 new 5-Star hotel rooms, several commercial kitchens, outdoor café, bars, a new porte-cochere, back of house facilities including offices, housekeeping, and staff amenities, as well as the addition of two new upper levels housing a rooftop restaurant and plant room.
